  • Order History: Details of items purchased to help with easy re-ordering and personalized recommendations.
  • Device Info: IP address, device type, and operating system for app stability and fraud prevention.

2. How We Use Your Data

We don't just collect data for the sake of it; we use it to:

  • Fulfill orders: Get your eggs and milk from our store to your door.
  • Real-time tracking: Allow you to see exactly where your rider is.

We keep your info for as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account, we will erase your personal data, though we may retain anonymized transaction data for tax and accounting purposes.

  • Correction: Fix any incorrect addresses or phone numbers in app settings.
  • Location permissions: You can turn off GPS tracking in your phone settings (though this will make delivery much harder).
  • Account deletion: You can request to delete your account at any time through the Settings menu.

We use industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption to protect your data in transit. While no system is 100% secure, we're obsessed with keeping your Grozo account safe.
